ORDERS AND PAYMENT

1. HOW DO I MAKE PAYMENT?

-For local orders,we accept payment through online banking,debit 

  card,credit card and manual bank transfer at your nearest bank.

  (if you use manual bank transfer,please email us your receipt at 

    yuelagoldsb@gmail.com)

 

- Please make sure that you insert all your payment details such as

  your orders,address,contact number,contact name,bank-in

  amount,bank-in date and your bank name.

 

- For international orders,you can make your payment using debit

  card,credit card and online banking.

 

2. HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDERS READY TO SHIP?

-We will email you a confirmation of your order through email after your order have been processed.

 

-We will send your tracking number through your email.

 

 

3. CAN I WRITE A NOTE TO THE RECEIVER?

-We would like to apologise that we are not provide that kind of service.

 

4. I HAVE RECEIVED MY ITEMS BUT THEY ARE DAMAGED.WHAT SHOULD I DO?

-Kindly contact us through email, yuelagoldsb@gmail.com . Please send us your damaged item as soon as possible so that we can replace with another stock.

 

5. HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

-You will receive your tracking number form courier service via email.

 

6. WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVE THE WRONG PRODUCTS?

-Please inform us through email and send us back your item.

 

SHIPPING

1. WHERE DOES YUELA GOLD SHIP?

-We ship dosmetically and internationally.

 

-SHIPPING FEES:

Peninsular Malaysia : RM5.00

           East Malaysia : RM14.10

 

2. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?

-All orders will be shipped out from 2-3 working days for Peninsular Malaysia and 5-7 working days for East Malaysia excluding Malaysia’s public holiday.

-For international shipping,it might take up to 14-30 days.

 

3. INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER

-You will be responsible for any import duties that your country implies on parcels.

 

CANCELLATIONS

1. CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

-Unfortunately,you cannot cancel your orders after your orders have been successful.

 

REFUNDS

1. DO WE DO REFUNDS?

-Yes we do.If you received your item in damaged condition,we will refund with a new stock.

 

EXCHANGE

1. IS IT POSSIBLE TO EXCHANGE MY ITEMS?

-We only replace your item if you received them in damaged condition.

 

RETURN

1. WHAT IS MY RETURN POLICY?

-If you received a bad or damaged product,you may email us at yuelagolsb@gmail.com .

 

-Please return us your item within 3 days of receiving.
